EverSell is operated by CONTENT CREATOR COACHING INC., 155 Commerce Valley Drive East, Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 7T2, Canada.

We collect the account information you give us (email, name), the Instagram and Facebook Messenger conversations you connect so the assistant can reply on your behalf, and billing details processed by our payments provider. That is Whop for subscriptions bought here, and Stripe if you subscribed through ViralHunter. We use this data to provide the service, never to sell to third parties.

Conversation data is processed by our AI provider to generate replies and is retained so you can review your own message history.

You can ask for an export of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email support@eversell.ai and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting an account cancels billing, stops the assistant, and permanently erases your stored data, apart from the billing records tax and accounting law require us to keep.

If you signed up through ViralHunter, you can also delete the account yourself at any time: sign in at ViralHunter settings and use Delete account at the bottom of the page. Billing is cancelled and the assistant stops straight away, and you then have 30 days to restore the account with Restore account in the banner at the top of either app, or by starting a new plan. After that your data is erased for good.

We also compute aggregated, de-identified statistics across all accounts (for example, which reply approaches most often lead to a sale) and use them to make the assistant better for everyone. These statistics are counts and rates only. They never include message content or anything that could identify you or the people you talk to, and a pattern is only used when it is supported by many separate accounts.
