Affiliate Program Terms

CONTENT CREATOR COACHING INC., 155 Commerce Valley Drive East, Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 7T2, Canada, runs the EverSell affiliate program. By applying to the program, or by sharing an affiliate link, you agree to these terms. The EverSell Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply, and if these terms and the Terms of Service disagree about the program, these terms win.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you need a EverSell account to apply (creating one is free; you do not have to be a customer). We read every application and approve each affiliate ourselves; your link earns nothing until we approve you, and we can decline an application without giving a reason.

Your link is any eversell.ai page with ?ref=followed by your link name. A link name is 2 to 32 characters of letters, numbers, dashes and underscores, with no spaces. Names that could pass for us, our staff or a system word are reserved, and a name someone else already holds is taken. One application, and one link name, per account.

A link reads as our endorsement, so we may rename or withdraw a link name that could mislead people about who is behind it, and we tell you if we do.

When someone opens your link we set a cookie in their browser for 90 days. If they create a EverSell account while that cookie is still there, the account is credited to you. If they click more than one affiliate link, the last link they clicked before signing up gets the customer; we also record the first link, but it does not earn. An account is credited once, when it is created, and the credit does not move afterwards.

Clicks are counted for your dashboard only; money follows accounts, not clicks. If our records cannot tell which account a payment belongs to, that payment earns nobody, so we can never pay the wrong person.

You earn 20% of each payment a credited customer makes for a EverSell plan through Whop (Lite, Starter, Growth and Scale), for 12 months from the customer's first payment that earned for you. The commission is 20% of the amount before sales tax and after any refund on that payment, rounded down to the cent, at the rate in force when we first record the payment.

These do not earn:

• message packs and other one-time purchases
• a free trial, until the customer starts paying
• plans we sell by hand, and subscriptions billed through Stripe or ViralHunter
• payments made before we approved you, even by a customer who signed up through your link
• payments on your own account, or on an account you control

A payment that is refunded in full, disputed, or no longer counts as paid loses its commission, and a partial refund reduces the commission to 20% of what the customer kept. We check recent payments every hour, so a reversal is recorded against the same payment within an hour of Whop showing it. If a payment is reversed after we have already paid you for it, we deduct that amount from your next payout.

Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer is charged. Every month we pay out everything that was payable by the 1st of that month, as long as it adds up to at least $50; anything under $50 rolls over to the next month. We pay in US dollars by PayPal or Wise, to the email address you give us, and we pay you ourselves; Whop is not involved in payouts.

Before your first payout we ask you for your payout details (PayPal or Wise, and the email address to pay) and a tax form (a W-9 if you are a US person, otherwise a W-8BEN). We cannot pay you until we have them. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn and for any fee your payout provider charges to receive it.

You agree not to:

• send unsolicited messages or email, post your link where it is not welcome, or use it in any way that breaks the rules of the platform you share it on
• make claims about EverSell, its results or the money it or the program can make that are false, misleading, or that we have not published
• bid on the EverSell name or our other brand names in paid search or ads, or run ads that pose as us
• set the referral cookie by any means other than a person choosing to open your link, click your own link, or offer people money or rewards to sign up through it
• present yourself as EverSell staff or as an official EverSell page

Where the law or a platform requires it (for example the FTC's endorsement rules), you must disclose that you earn a commission on signups through your link.

We keep your name, email, application note, link name, payout details and tax form for as long as you are in the program and as tax law requires. Your dashboard shows how many people clicked, signed up, are on a trial and are paying, and your commission by month; it never shows who they are. Our Privacy Policy describes the referral cookie and what we keep about the people you refer.

We may change these terms, the rate, the window or the payout rules. If a change is material we email you at least 14 days before it takes effect; a new rate applies only to payments recorded after that date. Either of us can end your participation at any time: you by emailing support@eversell.ai, and we by telling you by email. We can also end the program, with notice to you.

Payments made after your participation ends do not earn. We settle commission that had already cleared its 30-day hold, less anything deducted for reversals, with the next payout. Commission still in its hold is settled once the hold passes, unless the customer's payment is refunded or disputed first. Commission is forfeited, and we may reverse what has been paid, where it came from a breach of these terms, from fraud, or from referrals of your own accounts.

The limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and disputes sections of the Terms of Service apply to the program too. You take part as an independent business, not as our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises on our behalf. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
