Terms of Service

EverSell is a service of CONTENT CREATOR COACHING INC., 155 Commerce Valley Drive East, Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 7T2, Canada. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service connects to your Instagram account and sends messages on your behalf. You are responsible for the offers you configure and for complying with Instagram's terms and applicable messaging regulations. You must not use the service for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled from your account at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The service is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and seated in Toronto, Ontario.
