Terms of Service

EverSell is a service of CONTENT CREATOR COACHING INC., 155 Commerce Valley Drive East, Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 7T2, Canada. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service connects to your Instagram and Facebook Messenger accounts and sends messages on your behalf. You are responsible for the offers you configure and for complying with Meta's platform terms and applicable messaging regulations. You must not use the service for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices.

Subscriptions bought on EverSell are billed through our payments provider, Whop, and you can cancel yours at any time from your Whop account.

Some accounts reach EverSell through a ViralHunter subscription instead. That subscription stays with ViralHunter and is billed through Stripe, so you manage or cancel it in your ViralHunter account settings, and your EverSell access runs for as long as it is paid up.

Either way, cancelling stops the next charge and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The service is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and seated in Toronto, Ontario.
